New Delhi: Cristiano Ronaldo’s lack of success with Al-Nassr in the 2024-25 season prompted speculation about his retirement. However, Al-Nassr intends to retain Ronaldo and strengthen the team by acquiring top-tier players, such as Bayern Munich’s Kim Min-jae.

Bayern Munich’s acquisition of Jonathan Tah from Bayer Leverkusen strengthens their defense, potentially enabling manager Vincent Kompany to offload players. Kim Min-jae, a significant contributor last season, is reportedly considering a move to the Middle East.

Bayern Munich’s Kim Min-jae, under contract until 2028, could be sold at a reduced price following the club’s free transfer acquisition of Tah. Al-Nassr, seeking defensive reinforcements after conceding late goals last season, may see Kim as a solution to this weakness, potentially prompting a transfer bid.

Although Saudi club Al-Nassr has not publicly confirmed any action, reports suggest they are preparing a bid for Kim. He is reportedly considering a move, potentially due to recent criticism in Germany.
