“Even after dieting for months, I was able to lose only 2 to 3 kilos. She says, ‘I also joined the gym but still the weight was not reducing. Then I completely stopped consuming sugar and bad carbs. In the first month itself, I lost 3 to 4 kilos. I was very happy to see the result and I completely removed sugar from the diet. Some people say that to lose weight one should drink a lot of water. But if I tell you my experience, then you can drink cold or hot water as per your wish. Do not worry too much about the quantity of water. Drink only as much water as the body needs,” she said to Onlymyhealth.
Sushmita told that she drinks 2 liters of water after waking up in the morning. After having breakfast by 9 o’clock, she finishes lunch by 2 o’clock. After eating, Sushmita drinks tea after an hour’s gap and in the evening snack she eats paneer or nuts. Sushmita told that she included protein in her diet to lose weight. To lose weight, Sushmita eats dal, moong dal cheela, paneer, tofu, soybean, spinach etc.
