- Assemble the Gujia: Divide the dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a thin circle. Place a tablespoon of the Banoffee filling in the center. Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape. Seal the edges.
- Make the Philadelphia Rabdi: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, cardamom powder, and saffron. Mix until well combined

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

METHODS OF PREPARATION:
- Boil 2-liter full cream milk in a thick bottomed pan, stir occasionally.
- Add 50 gram of yogurt, mix well till the milk curdles
- Drain off the water from curdled milk using muslin cloth.
- Rinse the curdle milk with cold water, making sure the curdle milk remains soft and squeeze and drain off the water
- Hang the cloth along with curdled milk for 30 minutes. do not hang for more time, as they lose moisture completely
- In a tray mash the curdled milk to a smooth and soft texture.
- Add castor sugar and mix, cook the mixture at low flame for 5min in a shallow pan
- .Add cardamom powder and allow the mixture to cool down
- Shape the mixture into small dumpling and make a dent in center.
- Garnish sandesh into a lotus shape with dry nut and serve.
