Bharti Singh had undergone an incredible weight loss transformation few years. Here is one rule that she follows in the evening that helped her.

Bharti Singh is one of leading women comedians in India. She keeps us entertained on TV, her Youtube channel and her social media too. From her stand up comedy moments to her entertaining reels on her social media. Few years ago, she made waves and shocked with her incredible weight loss transformation. In about 6-7 months, she was able to reduce around 15-20 kgs with diet and lifestyle changes.
In a podcast with actor Gurmeet Choudhary, she shared about one rule she follows during dinner that has added value and propelled her towards her fitness journey. “When I started eating my dinner at 6.30 pm for 6-7 months, my body had set. But if 6.30 became 9.30, then the body couldn’t accept it. I felt nauseated. When it happened 2-3 times, I realised that the body is trying to tell me to stick to the schedule,” Singh recalled on the show.
Early dinner is one of the effective lifestyle rules that helps in weight loss. It enhances digestion, boosts metabolism and supports overall health as well.
Bharti Singh’s Weight Loss Journey Without Gym
It is not the first time when Laughter Queen opened up about her weight loss routine. In one of her interviews, Singh said, ” Even I am surprised that I have lost so much weight, but I am equally happy because I feel healthy and fit. Abhi saans nahi chadhti or halka halka feel hota hai.”
Being obese or overweight entails issues like asthma, risks heart issues, blood pressure, diabetes etc.
Bharti’s diet was mostly eating in controlled portions and home-cooked meals. Not eating post 7 helped her curb those midnight hunger pangs too. “I don’t follow any diet, I just fast for 15-16 hours and don’t eat anything between 7 pm-12 pm. My body doesn’t accept dinner any later than 7 pm now. But I attack food after 12 pm. Then I have my regular parathas, eggs, dal-sabzi, everything I have always liked,” she stated speaking with The Indian Express.
