- walking 7-10k steps, especially on rest days
- eating balanced homemade meals
- cutting off sugar and junk
- drinking 2-3 litres of water every day
- sleeping 7-8 hours every night
- having cheat meals 20% of the time and 80% healthy meals

She shared a post that exercises helped her reduce from 38 inched to 26 inches.
Eating early, around 7 pm, like my sautéed veggies with quinoa, helped avoid late-night snacking and supported better sleep. Such weight loss habits are essential for the body.
