“Her weekly diet plan has got healthy as well as tasty recipes and thats what we all need right✨. My skin is glowing these days and bloating is also gone😌,” read her caption.
Here is what Motwani eats in a day according to her dietician savi Chaudhary.
- Starts the day by 7:45 AM with saunf, jeera, methi, and elaichi water drink
- Breakfast at 9: 30 AM: Besan chilla peppered with veggies
- 10-11 M – mixed seeds
- 11:30 AM – Morning green tea
- Around of before lunch – Dalchini water with apple cider vinegar
- 1:30 PM – Lunch – Mixed veg, dal and multigrain roti
- 3:30 PM – Mixed fruit bowl
- 4 PM – Green coffee followed by Zumba
- 6:30 PM – Green tea
- 7:30 PM – Paneer (cottage cheese) stuffed mushrooms and mixed vegetable rice
- 10 PM – Saunf water before bed
In the video she also shared that she is suppose to drink 1-2 litre of warm water everyday. Hydration is a a golden rule to keeping the body fit and for weight loss too.
