Grand Celebration of Maa Sarada’s Birthday at Garia Ramkrishna Math
December 22 – The serene premises of Garia Ramkrishna Math came alive on Thursday as devotees gathered to celebrate the auspicious birthday of Maa Sarada Devi, a beacon of spirituality and devotion. Under the exemplary leadership of Shri Nihar Kanti Bhattacharjee, the event resonated with profound devotion, rich traditions, and an atmosphere of spiritual enlightenment.
The day-long celebration began with a soulful Mangalarati, followed by Vedic chanting and devotional songs dedicated to Maa Sarada. Devotees participated wholeheartedly in the special puja conducted in her honor. Shri Bhattacharjee, the custodian of the Math’s spiritual activities, led the event with unwavering dedication, ensuring that every detail reflected the deep reverence for Maa Sarada’s legacy.
A highlight of the celebration was the inspirational discourse delivered by Shri Bhattacharjee, where he spoke about Maa Sarada’s role as the “Holy Mother” and her message of universal love and compassion. “Maa Sarada taught us the essence of selflessness and spiritual wisdom, values that remain timeless,” he remarked.
