New Delhi: The knockout round of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy has started. A total of four teams have won the quarter-finals and made their place in the semi-finals. The second quarter-final match of the competition was played between Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. In the match, Delhi defeated the UP team by 19 runs in a thrilling manner. In this match, the argument between Nitish Rana and Ayush Badoni is being discussed more than the decision of victory and defeat. Actually, when Nitish Rana was bowling for UP, he had an argument with Ayush Badoni while taking a run.

In the viral video, it can be seen that first Nitish Rana moved towards Ayush and then the Delhi captain responded. However, before the situation worsened, the umpire separated the two players from each other and the matter was settled. Let us tell you that both Ayush and Nitish Rana have played together for Delhi at one time. However, Nitish now plays domestic cricket from UP.

How was the match between UP and Delhi:
In the match played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Chennai, Delhi defeated Uttar Pradesh by 19 runs and entered the last four. Delhi scored 193 runs for three wickets with the help of Anuj Rawat’s half-century and useful innings of Priyansh Roda (44) and Yash Dhull (42). In reply, Uttar Pradesh’s team was all out for 174 runs.

Priyam Garg scored the highest 54 runs for the team but he did not get enough support from the other end. Mumbai’s team will face Baroda in the semi-final on Friday while Delhi will face Madhya Pradesh on the same day.
