New Delhi: The Supreme Court has dismissed all cases against motivational speaker and business coach Vivek Bindra and his company, Bada Business Private Limited. The top court gave a clean chit in all the related legal cases. The verdict marks the end of a prolonged legal battle. To recall, Vivek Bindra and his company have been facing multiple cases and complaints filed across different forums in various states.
The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) examined the matter and granted a clean chit. The Delhi Court also dismissed cases brought before it. In addition, FIRs lodged in states including Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Bihar were quashed by the respective courts.
Separately, petitions were filed before the Supreme Court, where the Bench of Justice M.M. Sundresh and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma ultimately dismissed them, giving Dr. Bindra and Bada Business a complete exoneration.

Reacting to the ruling, Dr. Bindra stated: “Truth always prevails. This verdict is not just my victory but the victory of millions of entrepreneurs and youth who stood by us. We will now work with even greater energy and commitment to make India self-reliant in entrepreneurship.”

But after reviewing the evidence and arguments, the Supreme Court found the charges were baseless and dismissed them on these very grounds.
